2. Digital Asset License & Intellectual Property

All comics, artwork, and educational materials provided on GyaanGrid are the exclusive intellectual property of GyaanGrid and its creators.

• When you purchase a comic, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal viewing only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any of our digital assets.
• To prevent piracy, all comics are dynamically watermarked with your unique account identifier. Distributing watermarked copies will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3. Purchases and Refund Policy

All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay. Because GyaanGrid provides immediate access to digital assets upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a comic has been unlocked on your account, unless required by local law or in the event of a proven technical failure on our end.

4. User Account Security

As a cybersecurity platform, we expect our users to practice good security hygiene. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GyaanGrid cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Links

GyaanGrid may feature advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other third-party networks. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the products, services, or content offered by these external advertisers. Clicking on third-party links is done at your own risk.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect a violation of these terms, including but not limited to payment fraud, asset piracy, or attempting to exploit our server architecture.
